Last Sunday I met Elsie Larson!
I'm a big fan of Elsie Larson's scrapbook pages and artwork, so I knew Corey and I had to go see her husband's band, Sucré, last Sunday at the Hard Rock Cafe.
The opening band was o.k. but we were happy to sip our drinks and relax with each other on our date.
Here is the lead singer of Sucré. I couldn't get a good picture but mostly I just wanted to sit and enjoy her beautiful voice and her band's music. Jeremy Larson rocked on his keyboard and guitar. We wished we could hear him play all the other instruments he knows how to play.
Elsie was there of course...I talked with her while buying their c.d. but was too shy to ask her to autograph my Instax camera (which I was inspired to buy after seeing it on her blog) or take a picture with me. Silly!
So instead I took a photo from afar. Hi Elsie!!!!

When the Red Velvet store was still tiny, Jake and I went and met her.
I was too shy to say much of anything, and afterwards Jake said, "Why didn't you talk to her more?!? You're crazy about her."
I said that it was the crazy part that I was worried about. What do you say to a person that you read about daily but has no idea who you are? I felt like a stalker :)
Congrats on getting to see Sucre! I'm jealous.
Ok, glad I'm not the only one then!
She probably would have been happy to know she has fans stalking her husband's band!
She was super nice and took pictures with other fans but I just couldn't sack up and do it.
