Red Dragon?
This book is the prequel to The Silence of the Lambs, but alas, it is not the story of Hannibal Lecter as I thought it would be. However, he does have a small role in the story. Mostly it's about the detective who captured Dr. Lecter, and his plight as he tries to figure out who the Red Dragon is and how he chooses the families he's going to slay.
If you like a gruesome mystery, I highly recommend it. Happy 10.10.10!

I heard a lot of people were disappointed Hannibal wasn't in this book more. At least it was a good mystery!
